Key Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification (required)
- Previous experience as a school psychologist, preferably in a middle or high school setting
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50-100 initial assessments annually
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Primary Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and write detailed reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and educational interventions
- Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students, families, and staff
- Participate in eligibility determination and progress monitoring for special education services
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and stay updated on best practices in school psychology
